associate’s degrees. Associate’s degree programs in opticianry prepare students
with the job skills needed for an entry-level position in the field. Courses
may include optical theory ophthalmic dispensing lens technology, finishing

Reflection: I
would not like to be an optician because I feel like, although it does help
people, that it would be a boring job. I’ve had many experiences with opticians
because my brother has very bad eye sight and almost every optician we’ve gone
to, has been very cranky. Maybe it’s just my experiences with them but ,
otherwise, I’d still prefer to be an electronic engineer.
